Service Description

30min call, text, or email consultation. This consultation is for when you have viewed our FAQ page and still need additional assistance in booking. During this consultation, we will discuss any questions you may have so please have those ready and the session process! Your consultation fee will go towards your service if you book within a week.

Cancellation Policy

A signed Session Agreement is required for all parties participating in the session. For minors, your parent or guardian must sign for you. If the client(s) requests to reschedule or cancel their session more than 7 calendar days before the agreed-upon photography session, the non-refundable retainer shall be applied to a mutually agreed upon rescheduled date. If the client(s) requests to reschedule or cancel this agreement 7 calendar days or less before the agreed-upon photography session, the non-refundable retainer SHALL NOT be applied to a mutually new agreed-upon date. If the client(s) cancels 7 calendar days before the agreed-upon photography session date or fails to arrive, the retainer shall be forfeited, and a new retainer and session agreement will need to be taken and signed.
